How it works

From your homepage to a qualified pipeline in one sitting.

No spreadsheets, no list buying, no guessing which filter to set. It asks what a good lead looks like, then goes and finds them.

  1. 01

    Paste your website

It reads your site and drafts your offer, service area, proof and tone. You correct, it learns.

    Answer the questions that matter

Who bought from you before, what is happening the week a customer needs you, who decides, and who to never contact.

    Calibrate on ten leads

Thumbs up or down on real sample leads and drafts. Your judgement reshapes the scoring before anything is sent.

Most tools sell you a list. We read every site.

For each business it finds, Outly visits the website, checks the phone experience, the certificate, the forms, the hiring page and the ads it runs. Broken things beat news: a lead you can help this week is worth ten that raised money last year.

Evidence, not guesses

Every lead tells you why it is a lead.

A fit score from four parts you can read, and every fact linked to where it was found. A lead with no reachable human is capped, because a perfect fit you cannot email is not a lead.

  • Scores you can explain to your team
  • Facts re-checked over time, so new triggers surface on their own
  • Disqualifiers and do-not-contact lists respected everywhere
Calibrate before launch

Grade ten leads. It learns your taste.

The biggest complaint about AI sales tools is weeks of tuning after launch. Here, tuning comes first: you see real sample leads and drafts, say what is wrong, and the scoring shifts before a single email goes out.

Safe sending

Built to protect your domain and your name.

Outreach that burns your domain is worse than none. The guard rails are on by default and can't be switched off from the browser.

Approve from your phone

Drafts wait in your outbox and a notification reaches you on Telegram with a link straight to the approve screen.

Warm-up ramp

New mailboxes start slow and climb a few emails a day. The daily cap has a hard ceiling per workspace.

Their hours, not yours

Cold email goes out in office hours in each recipient's own time zone. Replies are never held.

Stop on reply, everywhere

A reply from anyone at a company stops the sequence to everyone there. Bounces pause sending before your domain suffers.

Opt-out honoured

Every cold email carries your opt-out line and postal address. "No thanks" means never again, across campaigns.

Planted-instruction defence

Websites and replies are treated as data. A draft that links somewhere unexpected or echoes its own instructions is held for you.

The difference

Not another lead database.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who is it for?

Agencies, studios, consultants and B2B service companies that sell to other businesses, especially local and small-to-mid businesses that never show up in LinkedIn-style databases.

Does it send email on its own?

Not in the beta. Every email waits for your approval. You can approve a whole batch at once, from your laptop or your phone.

Which mailbox does it send from?

Yours. Connect any mailbox that supports SMTP and IMAP, ideally on a separate sending domain. Replies come back to the same inbox and show up in one place.

Where do the leads come from?

Public map and business listings, search results, the businesses' own websites and their public job boards. We do not scrape LinkedIn or sites whose terms forbid it.

Is my data shared with other customers?

No. Each company gets its own isolated workspace and database. Your leads, drafts and replies are never pooled.

What about privacy law?

Every cold email carries an opt-out line and your postal address, opt-outs are permanent, and you choose the countries you prospect in. Local rules differ, so check the rules for direct marketing where you sell.
