Using the beta

These short terms cover the invite-only beta of Outly. Final terms will replace them before general availability.

Your responsibilities

• Send only to businesses you have a legitimate reason to contact, and follow the direct-marketing rules where you and your recipients are.
• Connect only mailboxes you are allowed to send from, ideally on a dedicated sending domain.
• Review drafts before you approve them. You are the sender of every email you approve.

What we may do

• Cap daily sending and pause workspaces that show abuse, high bounce rates or complaints.
• Change or stop beta features with notice where we can.

No warranty

The beta is provided as is. Lead data comes from public sources and can be wrong or out of date; every lead shows its evidence so you can check it.

Open source

The engine is based on the open-source Harvey project, used under the MIT licence.
